Well, joy in the heart, a few stars in the eyes, memories in the head, ... and a somewhat wavering form! Ouch! One of the possible reasons? Rather excessive consumption of alcohol during this period!
Even if these holidays are synonymous with happiness, they are also synonymous with pain in our stomach. The cause? Too many excesses that are good for our morale, but maybe not so good for our liver!

It is a challenge launched in 2013 by the British association Alcohol Change UK. This campaign, which consists in not drinking alcohol for a month, aims to help everyone to question their alcohol consumption. This challenge also helps the participants to differentiate the so-called "pleasure" consumption from the one that is automatic and linked to a social environment.
Who hasn't experienced this unpleasant situation: a dinner with friends or family, a desire to drink alcohol that doesn't exist and... a flurry of questions:
This situation is a typical example of consumption linked to a social environment. Not wanting to drink alcohol should be as harmless as drinking water! Unfortunately, this is not the case. The social pressure linked to alcohol is extreme in our society, so much so that we can forget that it remains one of Europe's biggest causes of death.
